Terms of Use →

1. Who we are

Aqua Pro Plumbing LLC (“Aqua Pro Plumbing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://aqua-pro-plumbing.com (the “Site”).

Our brand name is Aqua Pro Plumbing. Our legal entity is Aqua Pro Plumbing LLC.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including when you submit our online contact / Schedule Online form or otherwise contact us using information published on the Site.

The Site is a marketing and lead-generation website. It does not provide user accounts, customer portals, online payments, or ecommerce checkout.

3. Information you provide

When you use our Schedule Online / contact form, you may voluntarily provide:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Requested service
  • An optional message (which may include location details or other information you choose to share)

You may also contact us by phone or email using the contact details published on the Site. Those interactions occur through your device’s phone or mail tools and are not submitted through our form processor.

4. How we use information

We use information you provide to:

  • Respond to inquiries and service requests
  • Follow up about scheduling or next steps
  • Communicate with you about related plumbing services
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site where needed

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

Form submissions are transmitted from your browser to Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service, for delivery to Aqua Pro Plumbing. Web3Forms receives the information you submit and delivers it to the business inbox configured for our Web3Forms access key (typically by email).

People on our team who need the information to respond to you may access submissions through that inbox or related business communications tools.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or if needed to protect our rights, safety, or the Site.

6. Hosting and automatic information

The Site is hosted on Vercel. Like most websites, hosting and related infrastructure may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages or URLs, and timestamps in server or access logs.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) on the Site.

7. Third-party services

The Site currently relies on third-party services that may process information as described below:

  • Web3Forms — processes Schedule Online / contact form submissions
  • Vercel — hosts the Site and may process technical/log data
  • Unsplash — provides some remote images displayed on the Site (image requests may be made through our hosting/image pipeline)

These providers have their own practices. We encourage you to review their privacy information. We do not control third-party websites or services beyond how we configure our Site to use them.

8. Cookies and local storage

The Site does not currently set any application-controlled cookies.

We use browser local storage only to remember your language preference (English or Spanish) on your device.

Hosting and other third-party providers we use may still process technical data according to their own systems. We do not place a separate cookie consent banner because the Site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers or non-essential tracking cookies.

9. Location information

The Site does not request automatic geolocation from your browser.

Our service-area map is a static illustration. If you include an address or location in a form message, that information is treated as part of your voluntary submission.

10. Retention

This Next.js application does not store form submissions in its own database. Submissions are handled by Web3Forms and delivered to our configured business inbox.

We retain inquiry-related information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage related communications, and meet legitimate business or legal needs. We have not established a single fixed retention or deletion period for all records. Third-party providers (such as Web3Forms, our email provider, and our hosting provider) may also retain related data according to their own practices.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information in connection with the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking plumbing services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the form or to limit what you share in a message.

If you want to ask about information you submitted through the Site, or request that we update or delete inquiry records we control, contact us using the email address published on the Site. Depending on applicable law, we will review reasonable requests and respond as appropriate. Some information may remain in backups, logs, or third-party systems for a period of time, and we may not be able to change or delete data held solely by third-party providers.

14. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you should review the revised policy.
